Confirmed new features at ISE 2027

Updated on 6 October 2026 with official information from Integrated Systems Europe.

ISE 2027 takes place from 2 to 5 February 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via under the theme When Worlds Unite. These are the new features confirmed by the organisers:

• Spark moves to Fira Montjuïc. The second edition of Spark, ISE’s platform for the creative and production communities, runs on 3 and 4 February 2027 at Fira Montjuïc.
• One registration, three show floors. On Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 February, an ISE 2027 badge also gives access to the show floors of Spark and EdTech Congress, the education technology congress that ISE co-hosts with EduTech Cluster and Fira de Barcelona. More in ISE 2027 registration opens.
• More than twice as much Megatrends content as in 2026. Produced by AVIXA, CEDIA and ISE, the programme brings over 30 hours of sessions in the CC5 conference centre across six topics: AI; robotics and machine learning; cybersecurity; smart spaces; sustainability and TradeScape, with at least 4 hours per topic.
• Three ticketed half-day summits in CC5: Digital Signage Summit (Tuesday 2 February), CyberSecurity Summit (Wednesday 3) and Control Rooms Summit (Thursday 4).
• CEDIA’s Smart Home Technology Conference, Tuesday to Friday, for residential integration professionals.
• Innovation Park returns as the area for AV start-ups: Innovation Park ISE 2027.

What Integrated Systems Europe is

Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is one of the leading international gatherings for professional AV and systems integration. It is run by Integrated Systems Events, a joint venture between AVIXA and CEDIA, and brings together manufacturers, software developers, integrators, distributors, consultants and buyers from around the world across four days.

The show combines a large exhibition floor with a programme of conferences, summits and technical sessions focused on real-world application. For the professional visitor, ISE is a place to compare displays and visualisation, audio, digital signage, collaboration and unified communications, control and automation and residential technology side by side, as well as to hold meetings with brands and partners.

It is relevant to very different profiles: integrators and consultants designing projects, distributors sourcing product, IT and facilities managers, corporate buyers and end users in sectors such as corporate, education, retail, hospitality, transport, entertainment and the public sector. The value lies not only in seeing what is new, but in understanding how it fits into specific installations and where the market is heading.

The technologies on show at ISE 2027

ISE 2027 is organised into seven official Technology Zones that group the offer by speciality and make it easier to plan a route around the show. These are the areas confirmed by the organisers:

Across every zone, the industry is giving increasing weight to AV over IP, applied artificial intelligence in the workflow, cybersecurity, automation, virtual production and XR, remote management and immersive experiences. The specific programme and products for 2027 will be confirmed in the months leading up to the show.

Registration and tickets for ISE 2027

ISE 2027 runs under the campaign theme “When Worlds Unite”. It is worth distinguishing between the different types of accreditation, which are handled through separate channels:

• Professional visitor pass: access to the exhibition floor and the venue areas. Handled online through the official ISE registration form; via Instalia's link with the code instaliaeu, the ticket is free.
• Press accreditation: a separate process for journalists and media, with its own official press accreditation form. It is not handled through visitor registration.
• Exhibitor staff: handled through the Exhibitor Back Office, separately from visitor registration.
• Paid content and conferences: some sessions (summits and conference passes) may require specific accreditation; their terms will be confirmed officially.

The instaliaeu code applies to visitor registration. The conditions for each type of accreditation are those shown on the official ISE form.

How to plan a professional visit to ISE 2027

3. Review the exhibitor list once it is published and flag your priority brands.
4. Select the Technology Zones that best match what you do.
5. Arrange meetings with brands, distributors and partners before the show.

7. Book accommodation early: the ISE dates put real pressure on hotel availability in Barcelona.
8. Check the conference programme before finalising your diary.
9. Download or print your badge as soon as you can.
10. Check entrances and transport the day before so you arrive without surprises.

How to exhibit at ISE 2027

The organisers already provide information on applying for space at ISE 2027. The first step is to review the official floorplan and choose the Technology Zone that best suits the company profile, since the way the show is divided into areas shapes both the stand location and the type of visitor each hall attracts.

There are several ways to take part: stands in different formats, demonstration spaces, rooms and sponsorship packages. For emerging companies and first-time exhibitors, the Innovation Park is a space designed for AV start-ups, with pitching and networking areas that make it easier to connect with investors and buyers.

Space bookings and terms are handled with the official ISE sales team. It pays to plan ahead: choosing a zone, reserving floor space and preparing demonstrations all take time if you want to arrive at the show with a clearly defined presence.
