What Integrated Systems Europe is

Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is one of the leading international gatherings for professional AV and systems integration. It is run by Integrated Systems Events, a joint venture between AVIXA and CEDIA, and brings together manufacturers, software developers, integrators, distributors, consultants and buyers from around the world across four days.

The show combines a large exhibition floor with a programme of conferences, summits and technical sessions focused on real-world application. For the professional visitor, ISE is a place to compare displays and visualisation, audio, digital signage, collaboration and unified communications, control and automation and residential technology side by side, as well as to hold meetings with brands and partners.

It is relevant to very different profiles: integrators and consultants designing projects, distributors sourcing product, IT and facilities managers, corporate buyers and end users in sectors such as corporate, education, retail, hospitality, transport, entertainment and the public sector. • Exhibitor staff: handled through the Exhibitor Back Office, which may already be live even while visitor registration is not.
• Paid content and conferences: some sessions (summits and conference passes) may require specific accreditation; their terms will be confirmed officially.

No prices are published until the organisers confirm the rates and conditions for each ticket type.

There are several ways to take part: stands in different formats, demonstration spaces, rooms and sponsorship packages. For emerging companies and first-time exhibitors, the Innovation Park is a space designed for AV start-ups, with pitching and networking areas that make it easier to connect with investors and buyers.

Space bookings and terms are handled with the official ISE sales team. It pays to plan ahead: choosing a zone, reserving floor space and preparing demonstrations all take time if you want to arrive at the show with a clearly defined presence.
