I.- Who is the Data Controller?
This privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all personal data that the user provides to the instalia.eu Portal, with registered address at C/ Sant Joan, 2 — 2F 08191 Rubí (hereinafter “Instalia”), through online forms or when making a purchase on its website.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User” shall be understood to mean any natural person interested in the products and services that Instalia offers through its websites.
Instalia.eu, as data controller, will request the User’s express consent to this Privacy Policy before their personal data is provided, where this is necessary, and to any other matter requiring their prior authorisation.
The aim of Instalia.eu’s Privacy Policy is to give transparency to information about how we process your data and to protect information on the internet and the data the user may enter on the site.

II.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The User is hereby informed that Instalia.eu will process the personal data the User provides through the online forms or during the process of purchasing any of Instalia.eu’s services, for the purposes set out below, to the extent that a legal basis exists for each processing operation as explained further on:
- (a) To guarantee the User access to, and use of, their personal space in the private area of the websites for products and services offered by Instalia.eu

III.- What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
- The legal basis for processing data for purposes (a) and (b) is the performance of the contract for the provision of services and/or the purchase of the corresponding products.
- The legal basis for processing data for purposes (c), (d) and (e) is the consent requested from the User; withdrawal of that consent will in no case affect the performance of the contract for the provision of services.
At the time of registration, Instalia.eu will collect and process the personal data essential for registration and for access to the User’s personal space. Should the User decide to acquire one of Instalia.eu’s products or services, Instalia.eu will collect and process the data necessary to manage the purchase process (including name, surname, ID number, address, etc.).
The User acknowledges and accepts that failure to provide certain personal data will prevent Instalia.eu from providing all those services linked to such data. Instalia.eu will under no circumstances transfer or exploit these data or use them for any purpose other than that expressly set out here. During the registration process, the User will be informed which of the data collected are not mandatory for the provision of Instalia.eu’s services.
IV.- How long do we keep your personal data?
Instalia.eu will retain its customers’ data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, data will be retained for promotional purposes for a period of two years; for other types of user the data will likewise be retained for a period of two years. Data will therefore not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to any retention that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of potential claims and/or wherever applicable legislation permits it.
V.- Who has access to your personal data?
The optimal provision of the service that Instalia.eu offers through its website may require other third-party service providers of Instalia.eu to access the User’s personal data as data processors.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User understands that some of the aforementioned service providers are located in countries outside the European Economic Area or in countries that do not offer a level of security equivalent to that of Spain. In these cases the transfers are based on the authorisation of the Directorate of the Spanish Supervisory Authority, on standard model clauses approved by the Commission or, where applicable, on the Privacy Shield. In addition to the above, Instalia.eu may transfer or disclose personal data in order to meet its obligations towards the Public Administrations in those cases required under the legislation in force at any given time and, where applicable, likewise to other bodies such as the State Security Forces and Corps and the Judicial authorities.
VI.- What are users’ rights?
Instalia.eu informs the User of their right to exercise the rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability and restriction of processing, as well as to object to the automated processing of the personal data collected by Instalia.eu.
These rights may be exercised free of charge by the User, and where applicable by their representative, by written and signed request addressed to the following address: Gran de Gracia 15, 3º2ª 08012 Barcelona. That request must state the reference “Data protection” in the subject line and must include the following details: the User’s name and surname, an address for notifications, a photocopy of their National Identity Document or Passport, and the specific request being made. In the case of representation, this must be evidenced by reliable documentation. The User may also exercise the aforementioned rights by email to instalia@instalia.eu
In addition to the above rights, the User has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time by the procedure described above, without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. Instalia.eu may continue to process the User’s data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Instalia.eu reminds the User that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
VII.- Unsubscribing from commercial communications
As mentioned in the previous section, the User has the right to revoke at any time the consent given for the sending of commercial communications, simply by notifying Instalia.eu that they no longer wish to receive commercial communications. To do so, the User may either revoke their consent in the manner described in the previous section or click the link included in every commercial communication, thereby cancelling the sending of electronic commercial communications.
VIII.- From what age can the User access our products and services?
The Instalia.eu website is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. By accepting this Privacy Policy the User declares and warrants that they are over 18 years of age.
IX.- What security measures do we have in place?
Instalia.eu undertakes to comply with its duty of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to safeguard them, and will adopt the measures necessary to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Instalia.eu has implemented the technical and organisational security measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss and unauthorised processing and/or access, having regard to the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Instalia.eu, as an organisation concerned with privacy and in order to reinforce the confidentiality and integrity of information within its organisation, continuously maintains the supervision, control and evaluation of its processes to ensure respect for the privacy and security of information, in accordance with international standards.

Instalia.eu may amend its Privacy Policy in accordance with the legislation applicable at any given time. In any event, any amendment to the Privacy Policy will be duly notified to the User so that they are informed of the changes made to the processing of their personal data and, where applicable legislation so requires, so that the User may give their consent.
